VCU Office of Sponsored Programs:
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is Virginia Commonwealth University’s responsible authority for reviewing research proposals and receiving awards from Federal, State, and Non-Profit sources on behalf of VCU. All externally funded research proposals must be submitted through the Office of Sponsored Programs at least 5 days before submission deadline.
