Research Interests : My research interests focus on identifying and eliminating barriers to employment and economic self-sufficiency for people with disabilities. I am currently working on projects directed toward enhancing employment outcomes for Social Security beneficiaries, identifying workplace accommodations and supports that employers can use to retain workers with disabilities or health problems, enabling adolescents and young adults to successfully make the transition from high school to post-secondary education and employment, improving the quality and efficiency of supported employment programs, and evaluating the Ticket to Work program. |
