Mentorship

School of Education Teaching and Learning Mentorship Image

Because of mentoring:

  • I performed better in my program!
  • Transitioning from being a student to the workforce was a snap!
  • I met my current employer!

Studies show that “mentees generally perform better in their programs and after they get out of school.” (Johnson, 2015) Join the mentorship program for opportunities to network, develop new skills, share experiences and learn about yourself and diverse career options.

Do you want to experience the benefits of mentoring?

Through a partnership with the School of Education Office of Development, the Department of Teaching and Learning is excited to announce the launch our own mentorship program. Depending on track, participants will be paired in duos or trios with alumni and other students.

How do I apply?

Fill out a short application so we can pair you with a compatible alumnus and submit to Molly Moshofsky, Room 2106 by 11/30/17.
