Questions about rGrade? Access the Help Desk by clicking on "rGrade" under quick links . After you enter your VCU eID and password, click on "Help" on your rGrade home page. Select "School of Education" and "Submit." Select your ticket type, enter a subject line, then enter your question or comment. Click "Submit Ticket," and you will be able to view the Office of Assessment's response under My Tickets within 24 business hours.
