Registration forms must be received by Noon on May 14, 2008. Any registration forms received after Noon, May 14, 2008, will not be accepted.

Students will be billed $250 per 3 credit course by the VCU Office of Student Accounting after registrations are processed. For those students enrolling in the 1 credit COVE seminar, COVE will be covering full tuition for these sections.
NOTE: COVE funds will not be applied to student accounts until after the start date of courses. If you receive an incorrect bill, only pay the COVE rate of $250 per 3 credit course. Bills will be adjusted once the COVE funds are applied. You will not receive a new bill once the funding is adjusted. Please rely on E-services to view your student information including your current bill.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Summer 2008 courses will run May 15-August 8, 2008. The deadline to drop a course with a refund is May 16, 2008. The deadline to withdraw from a course with a "W" on your transcript and no refund is half way through the course. All drop/withdrawal requests must be made in writing to SOE Associates (email drop/withdrawal requests are acceptable when sent to soea@vcu.edu).

Additional Information

VCU offers courses leading to licensure. You will not receive licensure from VCU. You must contact your Human Resource Department to assist you with the licensure process.
